• 5-a-side
• 7 (seven) minutes per half*
• Change ends at half time
• Unlimited rolling substitutes
• Goalkeeper must not kick the ball out from hands (once picked up or held by the goalkeeper the ball can be thrown overarm or underarm but cannot be kicked or dropped on the floor then kicked)
  • This goes for what would be 'goal kicks' - they have to be thrown out by the goalkeeper.
  • The goalkeeper can kick the ball out if he hasn't picked it up; or if he has handled the ball in the course of making a save but not controlled it with his hands.
• Regulation throw-in for when the ball goes out of play. Foul throws WILL be called! Corners remain corners however!
• 5 minute sin bin for yellow card offences; red card equals three game ban from this year's competition.
• The back pass rule is NOT in effect. So if the ball is passed back to the keeper they can pick it up; but can't drop it to kick it out!
