“200 Club” Rules and Application Form.

1. Limited to NPLSC members.

2. Limited to 200 shares.

3. Maximum of 2 shares per member.

4. Each share will cost £3.00 per month.

5. A draw will take place on the last Friday of every month.

6. Monthly prizes will be £100*, £50* and £25*.

7. Quarterly bonus draws will take place every 3 months for a single Prize of £250*.

8. An annual draw will take place in December for a single prize of £500*.

9. * All prizes will be reduced pro rata if the club is not fully subscribed.

10. Payment methods : Cheque for annual subscription (£36 per share) or Monthly standing order (£3 per share) payable to NPL Sports Club

11. Annual accounts will be made available to members.

12. All proceeds will go to the Changing Rooms Appeal. This, the second Newsletter detailing progress in the acquisition of funding for financing the demolition and reconstruction of the changing rooms, reveals our strategy for the coming year. Our aim is to raise £100,000 by the summer of 2004 with construction commencing soon after that.
